We are happy to provide customers with technical support for under-performing UV and IR dryers either by telephone or e-mail.

The types of issues we can advise on are:

Electrical problems
Drying problems
Cooling problems
UV & IR lamp issues
Replacement parts such as capacitors, transformers and ignitors
Upgrades to PCB
Referral to service engineer if necessary

We offer the first 30 minutes free of charge but if the query requires more in-depth consideration, we will agree charges with the customer dependant on the time required and complexity of the issue.

Return to workshop repairs

UV and IR lamp heads can be sent to us for repair or refurbishment in our workshop and return to customer. Price on application.

An example of the type of lamp head we repair is this Nordson/Baldwin/Spectral Quadcure water and air cooled unit fitted with dichroic reflectors.
